Description:
Aerotek is currently seeking to employ a program/project engineer for our client located in the Bolivar, TN. area.

Duties include:
Supporting technical and engineering requirements of capital projects as well as new product programs. Coordinate, organize, direct, manage and track facility construction, equipment design/installation, equipment functioning, equipment troubleshooting and facility start-ups. Develop, formulate and devise suitable and efficient processing plans for new product manufacturing. Maintain budgeting and timeline reports for project work. Work effectively with suppliers, vendors and contractors as required.

Qualified candidates have:

- at least 5 years experience in new product program work or capital project work
- experience in timeline reporting
- experience in project budgeting preferred
- must require minimal supervision, self-starter
- must function well as part of a project/program team
- experience utilizing DOE and other analytical tools preferred
- manufacturing process work
- B. S. Degree in Engineering
