HELEN HAYES HOSPITAL We are a 155-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility looking over the majestic Hudson River in Rockland County. Our facility has inpatient, outpatient, sub-acute services and on-site specialty services including seating clinic, adaptive equipment center, prosthetics and orthotics, and an extensive student program. Immediate opportunities for: * Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist Great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and work with certified manual therapists and orthopedic specialists. In-services offered at unit/program and hospital wide level. Take the time to truly treat your patients with one-hour evaluations and thirty-minute follow up treatments. Convenient locations in Nyack and West Haverstraw. * Physical Therapist: Full-Time Outpatient Flexible five or four day work week. No weekends. Prefer therapist with manual therapy experience. Will consider recent graduate with manual therapy continuing education and/or affiliation. * Physical Therapy Assistant: F/T Inpatient Rehabilation We are offering a new full time salaried, rotating position within an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting. Qualified applicants must be dynamic team players committed to excellence. This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of disabilities including but not limited to stroke, head injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and other neurological and orthopedic disorders. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an approved PTA school & licensed by NYS. Preferred qualifications include experience and ability to manage patients of varied disabilities and a strong team player.
